Double Chocolate

Double chocolate cake is a perfectly baked moist chocolate cake made with melted 70% chocolate chip, butter milk and a dash of vanilla. This recipe has been perfected over the years giving the chocolate cake a moist deep chocolate flavour and a velvety melting sensation in the mouth.
The cake is finished with a velvety chocolate genache. One slice of this cake is like heaven on the plate.
